Egg Paneer Curry.. :)

Eggs are considered a good source of protein and choline. Because of this, the egg falls in the Meats category under the Food Guide Pyramid.Eggs can be pickled, hard-boiled, soft-boiled, scrambled, fried and refrigerated.
