Guthi Bendakaya/Stuffed Bendi fry..


Ingredients:-

Bhindi - 1lb
Onions - 1
Jeera - 1tsp
Turmeric powder
Mango powder (Aamchur) - 1 tsp
Red chili - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Jeera powder - 1tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste


Procedure:-
  • Mix turmeric powder, mango powder,chat masala, red chili powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, garam masala,salt and keep aside.
  • Now take bendi, make small slit by removing the stock at the end and stuff the mixture you made before and keep aside.
  • Take a pan, heat oil add jeera, curry leaves, diced onions and fry it till it turns brown.
  • Add stuffed Bhindi and fry it till it turns soft and crisp.
  • Serve it with hot chapati and curd.
